Michelle Heaton has been announced as ambassador for Meningitis Now and has helped launch the charity's annual Time 4 Tea fundraising event.
Each participant who registers to hold a tea and cake themed event will receive a free party pack featuring balloons, bunting, invitations, sponsor forms, a collection box and a selection of Clipper Teas. A range of recipes is also available at www.time-4-tea.org. Heaton, whose son Aaron Jay contracted meningitis earlier this year, said 'As a young mum having experienced the fear of meningitis myself, I'm thrilled to become an ambassador for Meningitis Now, and help promote their fantastic Time 4 Tea event'.
